From 2000 to 2005, he studied at the Department of Electric Power Engineering FEI TU in Košice in the field of electric power engineering and focused on the production and distribution of electricity. When he had completed his engineering studies, he continued his doctoral studies at the Department of Electrical Power Engineering, FEI TU in Košice, which he successfully completed in 2008. As part of his dissertation, he focused on modelling of the electric power system for the purpose of evaluating power quality.
After working / having worked briefly at the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant, he worked in the company PSM, s.r.o. as a specialist in the field of electrical network computation from 2009 to 2012. Since 2012, he has been working at the Department of Electrical Power Engineering, FEI TU in Košice as an assistant professor and at the same time, he has been a member of Elgrid, s.r.o.

He has been an engineer of electrical engineering and informatics since 2001, with a PhD degree in the field of study Electric Power Engineering since 2005. From 2004 to 2010 he worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical Power Engineering FEI TU in Košice and for several years also in the position of secretary of the department and project manager. He focused mainly on optimisation of electric power systems operation and calculation of electrical networks by applying mathematical and computer modelling. From 2010 to 2018 he worked as a specialist in the company PSM, s.r.o. Since 2019, he has been a part of the Elgrid, s.r.o. team. He has experience in solving more than 100 tasks for electric power industry, mainly in the field of electrical network calculations, optimisation of electrical network operation, power quality, Calculations of the customers’ impact and the impact of sources on the grid, creation of computer models of electrical networks, as well as technical and economic calculations of PV.
development of computer application and consultancy
A specialist in many areas of electric power engineering, especially in the field of mathematical and computer modelling of the power systems (from a source to a consumer), RES, accumulator batteries, strategic network planning, integration of sources and appliances into electrical networks, steady-state and fault calculations, system operation optimisation, contingency analysis, power quality, and at last but not at least the development of computer applications for the field of electrical power engineering. He has been a project manager and a solver of more than 100 different tasks for electric power industry.
