We understand that privacy is important, and therefore we try to protect your personal information. In addition, the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data is also addressed by legislation defining the methods, purposes and limits of the processing of personal data, as well as the obligation to inform people about the processing of their personal data.

For this reason, we have formulated the following text for you:

1. Who processes your personal data? For what purpose, in what way and in accordance with what is it processed?
   1. Your personal data is processed by Elgrid, s.r.o. with its registered office at Zupkova 21, 040 22 Košice, Slovak Republic, IČO: 46997253 represented by the manager Ing. Martin Kanálik, PhD. (hereinafter referred to as "company Elgrid, s.r.o.").
   2. By sending the form on the website www.elgrid.sk, you agree that for the purposes of proper processing of your request, which is part of the form, you notify Elgrid, s.r.o. of your name, surname and e-mail address.
   3. The subject of processing is personal data necessary so that we can contact you on the basis of your expressed interest and respond to your request or question (concerning our portfolio). Specifically, the subject of processing is data that you provide to us by sending the form, that is. Name, surname and e-mail address.
   4. The purpose of processing your personal data is to ensure ability to respond to a request sent by you concerning the portfolio of Elgrid, s.r.o.
   5. According to clause 6 paragraph 1 letter f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”) Elgrid, s.r.o. can after processing your request, on the basis of a legitimate interest, process your personal data also for the purposes of direct marketing and send information about the services we offer to your e-mail address.
   6. Elgrid, s.r.o. undertakes to handle your personal data in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
   7. Elgrid, s.r.o. declares that in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a) and b) of the Regulation, will collect your personal data exclusively for the purpose stated in this document.
   8. Elgrid, s.r.o. declares that for purposes other than those stated in this document, it will always collect your personal data separately on an adequate legal basis and at the same time ensure that this personal data will be processed and used exclusively in a way appropriate to the purpose for which it was collected and will not it combine with personal data obtained for another purpose or for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract.
   9. Elgrid, s.r.o. declares that it will process your personal data in accordance with good manners and will act in a manner that does not contradict the Regulation or other generally mandatory legal regulations, nor will it evade them.
   10. We will keep your personal data for the above purposes only for the necessary period.
   11. Your personal data will not be provided for processing by a third party and will be secured against access by unauthorized people.
   12. Your personal data will only be processed in the territory of the European Union.
2. Your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data
   1. The right to information on the identity and contact details of the processor of personal data.
   2. The right to information on the contact details of any responsible person.
   3. The right to information on the purposes of the processing and the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
   4. The right to information on legitimate interests which Elgrid, s.r.o. monitors, if the processing is based on article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the Regulation.
   5. The right to information on the range of recipients and categories of recipients of personal data, if it exists.
   6. The right to information in the relevant case whether Elgrid, s.r.o. intends to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation.
   7. The right to information about the retention period of personal data or criteria for their determination.
   8. The right of access to personal data and the right to rectify or erase personal data or to restrict processing.
   9. The right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to data portability.
   10. The right to obtain a copy of your personal data being processed.
   11. The right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority.
   12. The right to be informed whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary for the conclusion of a contract, whether you are obliged to provide personal data, as well as the possible consequences of not providing such data.
   13. If you apply your right under the above points in writing or electronically and the content of your application shows that you are applying your right, the application shall be considered to have been submitted. We will provide you with information on the measures that have been taken on the basis of your possible request without unreasonable delay.
   14. The right to object to the processing of your personal data which is presumed to be or will be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent associated with such direct marketing. If you object to such processing, Elgrid, s.r.o. will end the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes from the date of delivery of such objection and your personal data will not be processed for such purposes.
   15. If you suspect that your personal data is being processed illegally, you have the right to file a complaint about it with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
